For the past 3-4 days all games played on North American servers for myself and my squad have been incredibly laggy (frame rate is at 160ish but I'm still lagging). The problem is exacerbated when spectating someone or watching from a drone / camera. The frame rate is so bad it's comical. I have 1gb wired internet into an ROG router and never have any issues whatsoever and I am certain that this is not my end (all other games work perfectly).
While I understand that issues arise, your lack of transparency regarding the issue is troubling. I cannot find a single mention of server issues from your social media accounts to inform players that there is an issue and that you are even working to fix it. This has been going on for a long period of time now and needs formal addressing. If you would like footage of what's like to play the game I would be happy to upload some examples.
