When i launch rainbow 6 siege the error from ubisoft connect pops up saying "There was a problem authenticating the ownership of this product. Please contact customer support if you need help in solving this problem." I tried doing "clean installation" by following some steps from youtube and the game was working, after i turned off my computer and tried playing it today it's not working again. I'm not planing reinstalling the game whenever i wanna play it.

Hello P1ksla258! Thanks for sending us a message. I'd be glad to look into this with you! The error you're receiving is caused by launching the game from a Ubisoft account that does not have the game activated on it. This means that you have two Ubisoft accounts, which sometimes happens by accident. Since we will need to do some investigation to help with this, can you please create a case on our support portal and share the case number with me here, or in PMs? That way I can continue helping you with this so that you'll be able to play the game!

I have merged you all together because you all face the same issue, though your scenarios may differ slightly.

An ownership error essentially means that you are signed in to a Ubisoft account that does not own the content you're trying to launch in Steam.
