[2021] [Download/Installation]"Install Still In Progress"

My game is not downloading properly. Ive reinstalled 3 times, rebuilt the Ps4 database, Done a power cycle and made sure the disk isnt damaged (which it isnt) and the game is consantly saying "Install still in progress". Ive checked the FAQ but to be completely honest it was useless and just kept repeating it self. Im not sure what to do. i prevously deleted the game due to lack of storage on my playstation, i tried to reinstall it 3 days ago and ive kept trying and trying since today, ive already checked and my playstation has upwards of 150 GB of storage left so it isnt down to storage and every othr gameon my playstation is working completely fine so it isnt down to my playstation either.

What should I do?
