Yes, it was for the same issue. Threads are 2 days old almost 3(without any reply from a qualified person)and ticket 1 day old(wich lets say its understable, 1 day is not old, but I really just feel ignored and a bit angry about the issue. Would you like to get a link to one of my steam threads or the number of my ticket? Maybe you can assist me in fixing my issue

Unfortunately I don't have access to any support tools, so I won't really have a lot of insight into your issues. I would give it another day or two to see what happens. I definitely understand that it could be frustrating to have to wait, but hopefully it won't be too much of a wait!
