Hello Ubisoft support,
In the past few months my game kept crashing for reasons that I couldn't understand, first the loading times are longer, then I have a black screen for a long time and finally I am completely thrown out of the game. I've already tried it with a reinstall and a new SSD, without success. The problem is often solved by restarting the game and, if necessary, restarting the computer.
However, in all of these cases, I can never reconnect to the ranked match. I always get a "Connection Failuire" with the error code: "4-0xFFF0BE25"
After all the steps offered in the FAQ, it still happens.
I also tried restarting my Ubisoft Connect, with no success.
Restarting the game, with no success.
A PC restart, without success.
Logging into another Ubisoft account and back to the one on which I was playing the ranked game, without success.
Searching for and joining a casual match, which I then left to reconnect, with no success.
I've tried everything I can think of, but haven't had a chance to rejoin the match.
So I wanted to ask how this problem can be solved, or whether it might be due to the servers, which could possibly be solved with a hot fix.
As I saw in the old Support Forum, I´m not the only one who has such problems, because I've already read about many similar cases in the forum.
It's very frustrating when you get a time lock as well as the frustration of your own team and also negative MMR, regardless of whether you win or lose the game.
I look forward to a quick answer and hope that you find a quick solution to this annoying problem
