Hello Operators,

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear about your experience.

Our development team are still investigating previously reported freezes following hotfix update. I can see that the investigation is ongoing, and the team asked us to provide additional videos, if possible.

Meanwhile, can you please confirm if you tried the steps provided by @Come bebe?

Step 4: When you are in lobby/main menu, Minimize your game. Go to task manager, Then go to Ubi processes. After that just low all the priority of Ubi Process..

Then play the game.. I hope it works and sorry for my broken English..

Thank you for your updates.

I can assure you that our development team is currently working on this issue and as soon as we have an update, we will let everyone know through the patch notes.

We also received an update asking you to provide us with a few additional videos in order to check what specific actions were performed prior to the freeze/crash.

Once received, we will be able to forward them to the ongoing investigation.
