Hey y'all. I've been playing Siege on a gaming laptop since late Y3, and one of my primary issues, especially since the major shifts in the way Siege is stored on my computer, was loading into matches SUPER slowly. That, combined with other issues in other games prompted me to get an SSD to replace my computer's hybrid hard drive. Before installing it, Siege would run fairly smoothly in-game, consistent FPS with the occasional bit of weird lag.
After installing it, my computer runs smoother in general, I load into matches immediately, but I'm hit with such huge amounts of FPS drop (like the icon is almost constantly on my screen, just cycling back and forth between red and yellow). I've tried a bunch of things, including updating my graphics drivers, reformatting my HDD so the partition for the OS is gone, changing my graphics settings, disabling fullscreen optimizations, but nothing seems to fix the issue.
Specific Issue: Game runs smoothly for about 5 minutes, then FPS gets worse and worse, until I only get flashes of even, high FPS.

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80GHz 2.80 GHz
8.00 GB (7.87 GB usable) RAM
GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
New SSD was a WD Black SN750
