Hi I just won a ranked game, waited til the end to see the final match report and during it, Siege was "Synchronising".

I got no MMR from it and the match isn't appearing on R6 tracker.

Any help?

Hey there.

Can you recall as accurately as possible when you completed this match? I can look this up for you in your match history to see if I can find the match in question.

The two prior matches I can see accurately. First is a loss resulting in -77 MMR and the second being a cancelled match there no MMR change.

I've checked this account you've contacted us on and it doesn't appear as though it's been played on for some time so I suspect you're playing on a different Ubisoft account. Can you confirm your PSN ID or Xbox Gamertag please?

There is a known issue at the moment with this "synchronizing data" message after a match. It does usually update after a restart of the game but I can confirm that it doesn't appear to be the case in this instance as I can see you have logged in after the fact. This issue is infrequent but is nevertheless obviously frustrating so I can only apologise in this instance and confirm that the development team are aware of this. If you do start running into this issue on a regular basis please get back to us to let us know.

Hey there, we are unable to return lost MMR I am afraid, this is automated and not something we can manually change.

I appreciate you providing as much information as you could about the match you played.

It is difficult to pinpoint specifically which match it was, however I can tell you there were no rollbacks on your account.

Perhaps the match completely crashed, which is rare but I believe it can happen. That could result in no-one receiving MMR. Alternatively, your MMR did change and it may now have shown until you played another match.

This information is speculative but I hope it helps you in some way!
