After adding the Einheit Challenge, I have won 7 rounds (I counted) with the GSG-9 operators IQ and Jager. However, the club challenges section of the Ubisoft club sidebar shows that I have apparently won only 2 out of the required 5 rounds. I should be having the charm by now in my inventory but I do not.
My contribution to the Battle Pass Community Challenge of reaching the kill threshold has remained stagnant at 20 kills (which I got on the day the challenge went live) even though I have gotten more kills since then.
I tried submitting a support case but am unable to do so because of an error. Thus I am airing my grievance publicly here. Hopefully someone from Ubisoft will see this and help me out.
