First and foremost, if you haven't already, try verifying your game files and see whether issue persists.

If it does, I have created ticket under your account, therefore so that we could take a closer look at it, I would like to ask you to provide us with your system files. In order to do this, follow steps below:

1. Visit our support website
2. Once there, login to your account and then click the top right drop-down menu and select 'My cases'
3. You will be redirected to another page. Select case 14661512
4. Provide description of your issue as well as whether you noticed anything in particular that may cause this, and also attach your system files (MsInfo and DxDiag).

Once that's done, let us know and we will be able to deal with it from there.
