I have checked your account and can see that on the 26th July 2020 you purchased 1200 credits and these were applied to your account successfully.

I can also see that these credits were used to purchase the Battle Pass.

Is there anything else you need support with?

Hi folks.

The use of cheats is against the rules, I understand that you only had cheats installed on your system for use in other games. However BattlEye will detect any cheat files on your system and this is why the ban was applied.

I am afraid we are unable to remove these bans. If you require any further support please get back in touch.

Ah right, customer support don't get to view the reports through R6 Fix as they go to a different team.

I see your support case received a reply that email cases were being closed at due to the virus and may not receive a response. If you can provide us a short video clip via a YouTube link here showing your issue we'll be happy to forward it on to the game team as well.
