Hi!

I can see why players in the community would want to see something like this. Solo queuing in ranked against other solo queued people could put everyone on even playing playing field. I'll make a note of this so I appreciate your feedback!

There’s a situation going on at the Bank. A hostage was taken, and it’s up to you to ensure their safety. The heist is ongoing, and the tension is coming to a head.

For Rainbow Six: Siege’s first collaboration with Netflix, we are bringing you a short event themed after their Spanish-language series, La Casa De Papel.

From November 20th to 25th, experience your own heist!

RULES OF THE HEIST The Casa De Papel event is a classic Hostage match, where Attackers and Defenders must fight over a Hostage dressed in the series’ iconic mask and red jumpsuit. Hibana and Vigil are also equipped with the same look, should you pick them to play with.

This would be correct! There was an issue where spamming certain characters would cause the server to crash. Besides, there shouldn't be a reason to spam those characters on purpose. I assume you will be fine!

There is no way to avoid this, but we are aware the community dislikes being thrown into on-going matches on a team that is currently losing.
The other-side of this issue is players reporting that they do not get backfill when someone abandons a match. Someone had suggested backfill for Ranked matches the other day, and I basically explained that this would be severely unfair to the Ranked player. since they would be getting or losing MMR for a match they didn't completely participate in.
I feel like removing this option may also make matchmaking longer. I do completely understand how underwhelming it can be, as it has happened to me a few times.

Anytime I try to do a ranked match I always get AFKers and Team Killers/Team Gadget Destroyers. What is the objective here exactly? Not only will 3 people minimum go afk during a match (enemies sometimes included) but they will activaly toss grenades and shoot me then hold onto the defuse as far away from the objective as possible to lose the match.
Please make sure you are reporting these players either with the in-game button or with a Conduct Report[support.ubi.com] with as much detail as possible. This is especially important if you believe these players are purposely doing so.
As the others have mentioned, the only way to truly prevent yourself from getting trolly teammates would be to form a squad with friends. Thank you for sharing your experience though!

Nope! That blog post is related to DDoS reports, like what you've experienced. Please make sure you are submitting DDoS reports to our support portal[support.ubi.com] with as much information as to what happened during the match. The team will be able to investigate the players further once they have all the relevant information.

Thanks for the report! This is something the team is still investigating. It appears to be related to a regional issue, but the team is still looking into it.

According to what I've seen, your review still shows up even if you remove the game from your library. We are sorry to hear about your negative experience with Siege. Is there a specific reason why the game impacted you so badly?
