Nearly 2 months ago I submitted a ticket to rocket league support about a number of missing items from the Season 3 rocket pass. Somehow, a number of items were replaced with the cone killer banner. See the attached screenshots below (multiple screenshots were provided on the original ticket) for an example of what I mean. I currently have 6 copies of the cone killer banner in my inventory, and I provided a list of the exact 5 items I was missing in my support ticket. Since submitting it, I have received nothing but vague promises that it will be fixed eventually. Most responses were worded something like this:

Thank you for being a Rocket League fan!
Kindly note that we are in the process of investigating this issue, at this moment in time I am unable to provide you with an estimated time for a particular outcome, however, I can assure you this is being looked into.

I've been replying to their responses insisting they give me some kind of resolution, whether that be just fixing the problem, compensating a portion of the rocket pass cost or anything, but I can't get anything out of them other than this bullsh*t. I'm up to my third ticket now and they're doing nothing to fix the issue, while I'm missing content that I paid for. Where can I go from here? Do I just request a refund for the credit purchase through paypal?
