Honestly the biggest problem with comps right now is the sheer amount of people who AFK. Sorry, but these people need to start being banned for days at a time. I don't care if you have an emergency, your dog shit on the floor or your mom is yelling at you.
You shouldn't be queuing comps if you don't have the 8 minutes it takes to do the match. And I shouldn't have my small and valuable free time wasted by people online because of this. The amount of matches I have lost solely due to people AFKing between kickoffs alone is frustrating as hell, but nothing is worse than playing a 20 minute game because the enemy gets a goal every 11 seconds.

This is part of the Unsportmanlike Conduct bans we've been doing as of recent ( /u/muskratatwork can vouch for the increase in posts here about it). Reporting those AFKers makes it easier for us to catch them and take action
Well that is good to hear! Is there ever plans to get notifications saying someone you've reported was provided with a ban? I know it atleast goes a way in helping people feel like the issue is being dealt with.

Frankly, I think it's a fantastic thing that the players express this sentiment so often. It really pumps me up to see players wanting to take ownership of the community. We've definitely talked about providing these feedback popups for more report reasons, there are just a lot of smaller details to work out before implementation can be a possibility

Is there a reason there isn’t a specific “AFK” button when reporting? LoL, for instance, has much more specific options to click on for reason for reporting, and even has a comment section. I think this game could really use an improvement like this
