Sometimes I try to boost my friend in snowday and I gotta use old epic acc cuz my main rank is too high. For some reason when I return to my main account (steam), the game feels bit "heavier" than epic version. I use the same settings and everything, but some reason it feels different. I hope Im not the only one who feels this but whan could possibly cause this?

Posting about boosting others on the subreddit where devs can see is PROBABLY not the best idea

When is something qualified as boosting? Surely theres a difference between boosting and just playing with lower friends. Either way, yeah its a dumb thing to post

So OP mentioned they are C3 and their friend is C1. That isn't really boosting. The skill disparity shouldn't be that high.

Boosting would be something more like playing 1's against the same person over and over and forfeiting games so they can get to a higher rank. There are multiple things that qualify as boosting but that's really only one example

So its not really the action, its more the intention behind it? Like i could q on My main with a d2 friend and itll be cool. Tho we'd probably lose anyways tbf haha.

Yeah, playing a couple of games with your diamond 2 buddy is not boosting. Playing multiple strings of games, getting them to a higher rank, and thus getting them higher season rewards? That's boosting.
