[2020] Guessing servers are down rn?

Hey guys, we're seeing a disruption in our Google Cloud services that are effecting PsyNet.

Our team is investigating the issue to make sure that we can recover as quickly as possible.

Hi all, we had a very brief Google-related outage, and PsyNet went down for a few minutes. Access to servers has been restored.

Follow-up: Server access went down again. This appears to be an issue with Google Cloud/Google App Engine, and we're actively working with Google on a solution. Keep an eye on RL Twitter for updates.
