Or rather, it keeps freezing for a few split seconds in game. I tried turning off motion blur, some maps run fine but others don't, and this never happened before. Anyone else have the same issue?

If you haven't tried already, I recommend that you set your Steam status to offline. This has resolved the stuttering issue for others experiencing the same issue. While it's just a workaround, for now, we are working on a resolution to fix it.
