I looked into this myself.
To be banned for 4 weeks you would have had to have done some pretty egregious stuff or been banned many previous times. In this case, you have 3 previous unsportsmanlike conduct bans for own-goaling. This most recent unsportsmanlike conduct ban was for AFKing.

As your next ban is likely to be perma, I would recommend two things:
1. Turn off chat (since you have a pretty extensive history there as well)
2. Try to remember your teammates are people too. It's easy to get tilted, but people make mistakes. No need to grief and try to ruin other's good time

EDIT: I just want to also say that this is another example of our new system issuing Unsportsmanlike Conduct bans, which works on a combination of gameplay analysis and user reports. The system only works when you report, so please continue to help us help you by reporting cases like these.

i'm wondering if/when the training pack timing will be fixed so it's like it was before that major patch last season when the changes were introduced and the timing of shots in some training packs got changed or broken...

Some shots may need to be rebuilt by pack creators. This occurs in a very small number of shots across a small number of pack.

The new map looks great, I just have one issue with it; why is there an almost opaque white circle when the ball is approaching/touching the walls/ceiling? It's blocking the view when setting up a shot off the wall. On the other maps, we only see the outline of the circle.

So it's not buried in an edited reply: Can confirm this is intentional. We use this on a few maps including Neo Tokyo, Salty Shores, and Starbase Aftermath. Depending on community feedback, we can look into adjusting it. Thanks all!

No fix for the xbox players getting massive lag spikes at the start of every game?

No fix for the voice chat causing framerate hitches?

I know we've made some changes to address both of these issues, so if they are still happening it would be great if you could start a ticket with us so we can get more details.

Edit: Also the bug on Steam that causes the game to crash once or twice before you can successfully launch it? That's been happening to me forever and I know I'm not the only one.
