What we’re missing:
•Steady/reliable servers.
•Consistent hit detection (ghost bullets).
•ANY form of logical/skill based matchmaking.
•An anti-cheat that… Actually prevents/catches cheaters.
•Optional Crossplay.
•A menu system that properly functions when trying to search for a match instead of having to spam the search button time and time again without the game itself canceling your search.
What we got:
•Loot Crates.
•Wasteland Wilds Battle Pass (filled with boosters and a lazy recolor skin for Cannon).
•A new Rogue, the Ibex and two new gadgets.
I’d take the top portion of this comment over the bottom portion, any day.
When you say:

Are you talking about searching for friends, parties, and/or players to join a Custom match ... or are you talking about the main "Play " and "Cancel Search" buttons?
