I sent out multiple emails to hi-rez about several issues I have had with me not receiving the skins and points awarded to me. Initially they responded in a couple of days and gave out a script answer that didnt even answer my question/issue and was completely unrelated as if the agent didnt read my ticket. They close that ticket and I sent out more tickets after they told me they "resolved" the ticket and that I would have to open a new one. Its been weeks, no one is on christmas break anymore, why cant I have one live person solve my issue? I spent a lot of money and feels like they want us to leave for good?
Has anyone had the same problem? Thanks
