[2020] Leaving/AFK. I fear for ranked play.

I truly want this game to stay gold and be successful. Ranked play has potential to be golden. What I fear though is ppl leaving the match this is gonna destroy ranked play. I mean you are gonna have teams running stacked in ranked play that know eachother/have good chem and I fear that the way ppl leave in public matches now I mean straight after losing 1 round its either they leave on my team or leave on the other team this is gonna be rough to have a successful ranked play if ppl do this.
