[2020] I bought the founders pack but nothing is unlocked, help?

I bought the ultimate founders pack and just did the tutorial, when i went to go check on my rogues, all the 8 extra unlocked rogues are not unlocked, and the extra money that was supposed to come with the founders pack isn't there either. Has anyone else experienced this?
