We've found actually most people do use voice chat and very rarely use text chat (which isn't available for most console players). We do have some additional features coming around our Ping system which should help players communicate better. It's on our Roadmap as part of the Closed Beta.
It happens allllll the time for me. This is a joke. I have also contacted your customer support three times because it shows i have the ultimate edition purchased but i do not have any of the characters unlocked or the crown things nor the other extras.

The report function actually already exists (highlight a name on the final scoreboard) and is used daily in removing players who are cheating. I encourage folks using it to continue reporting folks exploiting and using third party software. It's taken seriously and people are banned no question.
Twitch keeps muting my audio half the time when I stream RC, don't know why exactly.
Please be sure to turn off your game music when making videos or streaming. While we have licensed music from Run the Jewels to be used in our game, Twitch and YouTube are going to flag this as copyrighted music.
Hint: Look up Smite’s God named Chaac for actual pronunciation. Tell a friend.

Padded steps seems to not be working on Lancer. I used padded steps often on Dallas so I know how it should work, but on Lancer, it does not muffle her steps at all. This is on the PC version

When you pick up a frag grenade off the ground you can’t cook it. It immediately throws it even if you hold gadget button. PS4 user multiple characters.

I've only seen this a few times, but players will continue to be stuck in the downed position after they are revived.

We haven't announced an implementation date for Phase 1 but if you did see our PTS notes, you'll see everything on there will be in this update.
Right now that is in final testing, then will go through a certification process for Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo. Shouldn't be too much longer!
I bought the Starter Pack as soon as the game released and never got the things that are supposed to come with the starter pack. I made a support ticket almost two weeks ago but I never got a response so I'm not really sure how to fix the issue.
Are you still seeing this issue today? If you're on PC, you should get the items the next time you log in. Most of the acquisition issues should now be fixed.
[BUG] When I finish a match I continue to hear anyone on my team who was partied together even though we're not in a party. I'll try to get a video of it next time it happens. Makes me feel like a spy. 😎

Xbox voice chat. My teammates constantly eco and it makes coms impossible, have an Astro headset and use it in party chat all the time so I know it’s not on my end.

[BUG] - Revive when weapons are on the ground nearby, you pick up weapon instead of reviving, need tweaking - when planting bomb under zipline, becomes impossible to disarm cuz you jump on zipline instead - yesterday we played 15-20 games and we kept being sent on Favelas and Canal. We got Italy once. Is it a bug? Needs to be adressed, it's annoying. - people buying ultimate founder then refunding keep the content of ultimate founder while it should be removed - People who forget to jump out of the plane in Strikeout, they stay stuck on the plane - Just had a bug where the game wouldn't finish. It's stuck on WIN or LOST and the match should be over but nop, team who won can still move and team who lost can just spec them. xD
