I'm sorry that you had such a frustrating experience. I'm hoping that the changes we've made will at least mitigate the issue, if not entirely resolve it. To help me confirm what changes may have helped you, can you please tell me which region you are playing in?

Rogues, we wanted to provide a few updates to issues you have reported and detail the hotfix which went live at 7 AM ET (11:00 GMT).

First with crashes, we made a change that may eliminate the bug whereby players were crashing to the lobby on the last kill of a match. Please let us know if this is not the case and you still see a "Network Disconnect" error at the last kill of a match.

Also, we have seen your reports of crashes that are leading to long deserter penalties. We know this is a poor experience, so we have pulled all deserter penalties back to five minutes. Our goal is to drastically reduce players' pain when running into these penalties while still dissuading people from deserting matches.

Rogue Company has applied a hotfix to all clients to address a few outstanding issues players have reported:

  • Fixed an issue where Cannon's Gatling Gun played a voice line for each bullet fired.

Hey, thank you for sharing your feedback and thoughts. I've sent it along to folks to read. I'm sorry you've had such a poor experience as of late. I understand how frustrating things are right now - in the eight matches I played tonight, I received the "Someone Went Missing" error three times in a row and crashed straight to lobby on the last kill in another. These are top issues for us to resolve right now, but I know that after a rough day at work, coming home to even more frustrations in the form of your favorite game can make your day even worse.

I hope that we'll see you again when things are in a more stable place. I appreciate the time you took to write this post, and I hope you find something that brings you as much joy as Rogue Company once did.

PC crash log collection is manual, so if you have them on and crash, you can still restart and send them to me or another member of the team NP.

Console players are usually greeted with an option about whether they want to report the crash. If they choose yes, it will be sent to us along with the last image rendered on the GPU. Some platforms also allow you to put notes/comments with the crash. Putting comments relevant to the crash can help us identify what issue you're having and pull the crash log accordingly.
