For Epic Games:

Step 1: Open Epic Launcher and go to Settings

Step 2: Scroll down to Rogue Company, click to expand, and hit the ☑ beside "Additional Command Line Arguments"

Step 3: Paste the following into Additional Command Line Arguments: -vivoxinfo -dumpmarin -dumpmarout

Step 4: After playing matches with the issues or crashes, please zip all files in the logs folder (e.g. C:\Users[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\RogueCompany\Saved\Logs) and submit to ...

Hey Rogues,

We wanted to give you an update on Arms Dealer Reputation. We know that many of you were anticipating credits earned during the Season Two Arms Dealer event to provide Reputation when the Kyoto Job update was released. Unfortunately, this didn’t work as intended, nor will we be able to quickly hotfix it during this update to resolve it due to technical concerns.

The good news is that we’ll be able to fix this issue in our next update, and you will receive the Reputation earned during the Season Two Arms Dealer event!

EDIT: I have a couple resources for ya'll to use to report bugs, etc.

• 🐛 Bug Reports - If you have a video, match ID, etc., this is the best way to get things to us (though I do scrape these threads too). I parse these bugs out and submit them to the team or add them to any tickets we have already about the bugs.
• 💥 Submitting Crash Reports - If you're on console, we'll receive those crash reports automatically. However, for PC players (Steam and Epic), you have to grab them manually. These are amazing for helping us solve latency, sling-shotting/rubber-banding, crashes, and weird match behavior. Frankly, if you have them on and experienced a bug in game, f...

Can you please add -dumpmarin -dumpmarout to your launch commands, attempt to log in again, then send me your RogueCompany.log from your %LOCALAPPDATA%/RogueCompany/Saved/Logs/ directory?

idk somthing odd keeps happening. I’m on PS4 and I’ve been wanting to get into fixer and I’ve been doing well except I kid you not every time I play with him the game crashes. I don’t do anything specific to trigger this either and it’s been happening for the last 3 weeks or so

What game modes are you running when this happens, or is it across any mode?

There is this bug where if you plant the bomb on high castle site with zip line it makes it so that the bomb will be placed in spawn and detonate there.

It threw me off guard hard when I was playing that ranked match

Its an exploit that should be punished asap and even a bann should be in place

I wanted to record it but alas I'm on switch.

I hope more people have come across this wild bug

Wild. I've sent this report up to QA!

I cant join a game as it thinks i have left a Strikeout game... my last Strikeout game was the night before, which i finished. I am now unble to queue up for a game as it is stuck with the option to "Rejoin game" or "Leave match" which either button doesnt work - it will say 'Communicating' and then flash but wont fix anything and the issues reappear

Are you still experiencing this post-update (today, Tuesday the 10th)?

• Re: Fixer. We've seen this reported and the QA team has been trying to reproduce it. We've been unable to replicate it consistently, which has made a fix troublesome.
• Ditto barbed wire. I've forwarded this video along to the team - thank you.
• This has been resolved with today's update.
