[2020] Does this count as a bug? (My character's hair clipping through the new Caelyn's Spare Hat' cosmetic override)

I recently put a job in for the hat to look at reducing the amount/removing the clipping that can be seen whilst wearing it! Apologies that you've encountered an issue with it!
