Hey - I've just checked world 53 (and a few others) myself with no joy in replicating the ping or those connections - can I check your RSN just in case we need to investigate? Thanks!

edit: send through my RSN + IP in DMS, alongside my neighbours who've with I was able to replicate this issue
The team have had a little investigation (thank you for getting in touch) and we've found out that it's something to do with our provider for those servers, and how your ISP connects to those.
We've raised a ticket to our server provider, about your ISP and the issues there, but we'd also advise you to reach out to your ISP as well. Seems like there may be an outage somewhere in the chain between the server and your ISP which may be causing the impact to performance, so we've flagged it to them and hopefully they can get it fixed overnight for you!
