Miasma events are still broken

they still have a chance to double pop purple smoke twice in a row but fail to display smoke on second pop, only playing the audio cue.

I made a post about this like three months ago and it's still not fixed... it's kind of frustrating.

(Also can we just refine soul storm to be 3 clicks and it goes away? it's a big time waste currently)
