Guys I'm really stuck here. I have started this miniquest, went to the blue moon Inn in varrock, received the handwritten letter to go to the BOAR Inn or something. So I'm flowing the guide on YouTube it turns out it's the Inn next to the lumber yard but no quest NPC when i get there? Am I missing something? I have re traced my steps a couple times and I'm just stumped. Can't find anything online about it pleaseee help.
