Someting Wrong With Lighting

Both Clients are sidebyside and have the exact same skybox filters on and the exact same graphics settings, but for some reason look different? the one on the right is more vibrant and the on the left more dull, very noticeable with ice sirenic
EDIT: It seems to be only Menaphos desert skybox that makes this colour change, other skybox look the same on both clients besides menaphos (desert)
