[2020] Server issues - feedback

Hey guys. We're trying to get some more information on the server issues some players are currently experiencing.

We posted this thread last week, but are keen to get as much information from you all as possible so we can help you all get back online without any issues!

Please let us know...

• whether you're on mobile or PC
• which geographic region you're in (West Coast USA, for example)
• a short description of the issue
• how long you've been experiencing issues
• specs of your PC or Mobile
• if you're using a VPN

We'll be monitoring this thread and may reach out to some of you via DM if we need some more information. Please bear in mind that as more countries go into lockdown due to COVID-19, global internet speeds from your ISPs may be slower due to volume of traffic.
