Hi I am by no means trying to be rude here, but it's a little frustrating that this has been happening for such a long time considering it actually prevents us from playing a game that we pay to play. After a few weeks of this issue it seems like your priorities may not be keeping paying customers happy.
I can assure you it's a high priority for us, tracking it down is somewhat more dificult for us. Hence our request for more information too.
