[2020] Orthen furnace core is bugged (superheat form drains prayer points while it's not supposed to)

Hey, we're on this one, as others have pointed out, using it with the GOTE right now will prioritise the wrong effect, will hopefully have a fix for it soon.

Bug reports are still useful, for all the nay-sayers :p but this one is already with us
