[2020] Move the Draynor Lodestone into the village itself.

The Draynor lodestone has always been in a bit of a weird place, being positioned near the crossroads instead of being closer to the actual village. I guess it makes a bit of sense, since Draynor Manor is technically part of Draynor, but it's also made trips to Draynor a bit more of a pain than it needed to be since there are very few teleports that actually take you to, say, Draynor Market without a fairly long walk for a Lodestone. There's a couple of ways, sure; Nature's Sentinel has teleports near the bank, the Divination set has the Pale energy teleport, the Amulet of Glory can spit you out there, and most recently the Master Archaeology outfit lets you teleport to the Wise Old Man; but most of these are fairly high level methods, while Draynor is predominantly a hub for low level players.

With the release of War's Retreat this year, almost everyone, free and paid players alike, can easily gain access to a free teleport to a place that has a one-click exit to a place right beside the Lodestone, making the Lodestone's current position redundant. I think it's time for the Lodestone to be moved further south, so that it provides easier access to the heart of Draynor.

More specifically, I think the square right in front of Relomia/Aggie's house and behind the Wise Old Man's/Ned's house would make a perfect new home for the Lodestone. It's a stone's throw away from most of Draynor's attractions, while still not being too far from the crossroads for low-level Clue hunters or visitors to the Manor.
