Did I screw up or is this a bug?
As the title states, I lost my ranged loadout. I was doing vindicta, practicing ranging rotation. This was just after at 7:00 game time, and I died. No prob, just hop back to death. I saw I had an "item protection contract" so I figured I'd try it because I have no idea what it does.
It returned my loadout, I went back to vindy happy. Then I died again like a dumbass. In deaths office I didn't get a reclaim window, so I right clicked and accidentally hit new task which was annoying. I picked nex, went to move stuff around and saw red errors when loading LOADOUT 9 : RANGED. Everything was gone.
Eof, lotd, augmented sirenic, ascension xbows. All of it missing. Not in my bank, on the ground, I even talked to the PVME discord about it for a bit and they were stumped.
After the second death, I was not and am not able to claim items back from death. I put in a ticket and was given an automated response about "having claimed too much value". For context, I reclaimed an army hilt drop from about 8 months ago (5--6m, I was an excited noob)and since then EVERY item or problem ticket I put in is denied. I cannot get through to anyone, just to tell me what I did wrong to cause the bug! Im so sick of the automatic response
It wasn't a double gravestone. I didn't delete the 600m in items. I wasn't anywhere near wildy. Reddit f*cking help me because I genuinely don't want to play for a bit as osing eof + Lotd f*cking sucks (losing my ranged loadout I could cope with).
I can provide anything needed, I just want some guidance and help. I'm desperate lol. I don't want to login in fear of screwing something up more.
