I've noted it down and will bring it up with the team.
it still doesn't solve the problem, but till April 13th you can only get a small Twitching Tome, granting you 250xp. After April 13th you will get a larger one granting you 500 XP.
I wanted to share this to show that we as a team had put some thoughts into this and implemented it with the race in mind. Alas judging from much of the feedback probably not enough.
