Hey - apologies if the comms weren't clear; we mentioned on the Yak Track newspost that "as long as your Premier Club membership is active, you'll maintain full use of the Premier Pass and full access to Yak Track for the entirety of the event - as well as any future events."
We'll look at how we can better communicate this for future Premier Pass events. In the meantime, if you could contact our Billing Support team, we'll see if we're able to help in this instance - if anybody is in a similar position, I'd encourage you to do the same.
