[2019] Server Issues

Anyone else experiencing issues? When I finally do get logged into the world, it immediate lags up, I can't walk, it will try to reconnect a few times, before finally kicking me out. Then sometimes I'll get completely logged out and can't log back in for a bit. It looks like a DDoS to me, but it could just be some real bad lag. My other connections are fine and I think at least one other person said they are having issues.

Anyone know what's up?

Edit: when I do get logged on, it seems like only my non-USA friends are online, seemingly with no issue. I can't stay on log enough to ask them or see which other friends are on. Maybe it's just the US login servers? I really don't know. It's gotta be the worlds too because if it was the login server wouldn't you stay in the world if you actually got in? Then again, the non-US friends are on a US server, the same one I'm having issues on. Perhaps it's not the actual RS servers but some node in-between US and RS servers?

Edit: finally got to ask my Finnish friend if he's having issues while I was in the lobby... he's having no issues at all. Don't know about anyone else.

Edit: I can finally move around now! Let's hope it lasts!
