[2019] Will death touch darts work on Sliski?

So first for a little background I don't like cheating and wouldn't suggest this unless I really couldn't do it any other way. I started sliskis end game when It first came out and I managed to beat the triple threat boss battle and got up to sliskis first stage. Full virtius gear prayer pots Sara brews 95 prayer and magic. 92 defence and health. Dragon rider amulet sixth age circuit augmented virtius book and wand vampire aroa beast of burden. And I couldn't I repeat couldn't get passed his first phase. Idk if it was due to lag as I would keep dying to his stupid shadow hands thing every time. I tried 30 times So I rage quit and I haven't really played since. But I just won the death touch darts from the raffle so I'm tempted to try them on him. But thought I'll ask if anyone knows if they will work on him so I don't waste them.
