[2020] Moksha device transcription

So following my transcription/translation of the Varanus crypt, i have realized that there is dragonkin writing on the moksha device.

The outer ring from north going clockwise is as follows. (note the excavation sites sit ontop of some of the symbols, so I am basing them on how they could be interpreted based on the shape on the visible part.

8 letters:

QRS, JKL, AEIOU, JKL, QRS, MNP, AEIOU, JKL

The inner ring from north going clockwise.

8 letters:

AEIOU, JKL, QRS, JKL, JKL, JKL, QRS, MNP (EDIT: previous error in 3rd symbol)

Due to the inner ring repeating the same character 3 times, i assume that it must be the starting point for a word, however i am unsure whether they are just random symbols or an actual translation. As before, ill include my interpretation at a later point via an edit
