Why do we continue to get shiny cloth cosmetics still? Are there any plans to fix this?
Also why are we unable to get actual black outfits still?

I just read the news post. Are the 2009 H'ween event rewards (Web Cloak and Eek the spider) returning!? Does this mean the game will see the re-release of older holiday items?
Edit: This year's holiday rewards:
- Miniquest: the Vampyric Regalia outfit (from miniquest)
- Death's spooky reward shop: Renegade Armour, Death's Death Mask and Web cloak (unsure if this is a new item)
- " An eight-legged creature", a "new friend" - A new spider pet is my guess. However, if the 2009 H'ween web cloak is being rereleased my guess is Eek the spider might also return.
- Treasure hunter: The Boolap Bag, Spooky Hare, and Spooky Ghost Masks. Looks very spooky, I Love it!
- New tradeable rare: Purple H'ween Mask
All in all, It's good to see the old, traditional holiday event style miniquests return. I can't wait for this year's H'ween event. Really looking forward to it!

This outfit from the newspost is meant to be cloth right? Cloth doesn't reflect light like this. Also it appears this is supposed to black, not a washed out grey.

I know some players were curious about the Spooky Blindfold. It's back as well.
Would we be able to get the hodments on fsw? Like it looks like the majority of the cosmetics are locked behind those, and the only way to get them is treasure hunter.
Players can compete for Fresh Start World HiScores and World First achievements for the first 8 weeks of the event. Treasure Hunter Keys can be purchased during this time, but they will be disabled until the competitive period is over. And I am afraid the event will be also over by then.

Because I am not a developer, I try to understand what is really meant so that I can provide accurate feedback. That's my job.
While I can understand putting awesome rewards on TH makes the company a lot of money, I find it upsetting ironmen accounts have 0 possibility of obtaining this purple h’ween mask. Even though they were super rare, I liked it more you could get a green santa through wrapping paper and later as a super rare on TH. Please consider alternative methods for these cosmetics to be available for Iron players.

Death's Spooky Reward Shop has about 20 items to collect. Thought it would be nice to leave something for you to discover.

I'm still really looking forward to this Halloween event on main game. 💚 Just wish there was an alternative for fsw as well. I'm sure the newer people would have loved to be able start customizing their characters besides just the amount that's on Solomon's store available to us, especially since it's technically the first holiday event on these worlds. :P

The specularity or diffraction makes many things look like clay or plastic: too soft or too hard. They appear as though they are made from a different material than the rest of the game. (Yalls new cobblestones in varrock are a great example of an upgrade that looks more in line with the game while still being more detailed, as compared to many of the stones near arch areas)
Also, as others have said, the colors (especially black) don't match other colors in game and sometimes dont match the promotional images

Ironmen can buy some treasure hunter cosmetics via ge. Can the new walk override and purple mask be bought off the ge using ironmen coins??
You should be able to buy the Wraith Walk Token off the GE, but won't be able to get it directly from the H'oddments store.
“Accurate feed back” so you’re really the one we should be blaming for them not know the player base.
