Recent FPS drops with Windows 10

Hey all,

As of recently, you may have noticed sudden FPS drops with NXT, after doing some investigations and finding two unrelated content related FPS drops in the process. We have come to the unfortunate realisation that we cannot fix this issue in a timely manner. We are currently relying on Microsoft and Nvidia to swiftly address this issue.

Other games such as CS:GO, Second Life, X-Plane and Warcraft have also been affected.

Although I do not like workarounds – For this situation downgrading your Windows 10 and Nvidia Drivers by one version should rectify the issue.

If you are inexperienced with computers, please ask somebody who knows what they are doing before backdating your PC as it is possible to cause irreversible damage if done incorrectly. If downgrading is not an option for you, download the legacy client here.

Please ensure you have the DirectX graphics setting selected.
