oddly enough there was a (now deleted) tweet where they announced the loot was live too early however it seems prime loot has yet to drop
Can we get an answer why it has yet to drop, my guess Jagex forgot to let them know to drop the loot

During the launch we encountered an unexpected issue which led to us having to delay the next Prime Gaming drops until October 5th.
Until then we'll keep the previous drops available to claim until this new date. Though if you've already redeemed these items you won't be able to claim them again.
