[2022] both clan homepages and clan chat appears to be disabled currently

Title

Going to an individual clan's homepage brings back an error. Attempting to join a guest clan chat holds indefinitely, and if you are in a clan or own a clan the game tells you that you must be in a clan to access any options despite being the owner in my case. Rune clan is still up and shows the clans is active and most other high scores are still up but for me and a sample of three or four people that I asked to try guest joining it appears to be down.

Edit, Citadels are also unavailable to affected players, credit to u/ArtofSlaying for providing additional information in that the game is considering you just not part of the clan at all
