[2020] Desert pantheon broke again

Aura was working fine-ish on Monday and Tuesday, but after the weekly reset on Wednesday, it broke the 2 fixes that were made already. Issue #1 and #3 were fixed somewhere last week and came back. Issue #2 never got fixed.

1. It forces itself into your presets. When I load a preset that doesn't have the desert pantheon aura in my aura slot, it will forces itself into my aura slot if I had it worn before loading my preset.
2. When lobbying/logging out with Wisdom of Scarabas active, the effect disappears when you log back in.
3. You can't activate the premier artefact with the desert pantheon aura in your aura slot. This could be done previously. You now have to unequip the aura, activate the premier artifact and then equip the aura again, if you want to have both active at the same time again.
