Hey guys, so i've just logged in after a long time break just because of the new skill. And noticed a chat msg that i can redeem some rewards for being a premier club member, but i can't redeem it at all. Is it a bug or what? Any Jagex staff that could explain this to me? I’ve been experiencing this same problem, says I have rewards to claim from being a 2018 member, but I can’t.
If you could let me know your RSN please, I'll pass it on for the team to investigate.
