Yup, named after Ellen Ripley! We agreed if we got a ginger cat it'd be Jonesy and their collar would say "Ship's Cat" but we rescued Ripley and so her collar says "Warrant Officer".
Going to be honest here and say I was very sceptical about Mod Doom when he was first introduced and he said "I'm playing RS and running around the gnome course with my silverhawk boots" and added "I'm 30 agility".
I was like no way this guy will ever understand the player base in the ways its needed to get the message to Jagex team. To my surprise Mod Doom has very quickly learnt how much the player base loves the game and how they communicate. Doom is very much like Shauny was to our community. Very lovely person who wants to know what this game is about and to make it better for its players.

Well, I don't know what to say, you're gonna make me blush! I absolutely love this game and this community has been incredible, every day. Can't wait for my Max Party - I hope everyone can make it!
