The good news is, for those of you who haven't got the pet yet, that we've got a fix in for this to stop this message showing up so you don't need to be reminded every time.
It btw also shows if you got the pet but just didn't claim it. After 10 kills i decided to just click the collar to stop the spam.
Interesting! Out of curiosity, was there a reason you were keeping the collar without claiming it?
For broadcast spam later on, it only fills the log once you claim the pet, so you can stack pets and claim them all at one for loads of log completion spam.
