You should be able to find the necrosis event live in the game now. It came with the last war effort movement.
As for the nameplate, can you submit a bug report (https://support.secondextinctiongame.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360017249719-Report-a-bug) & include your steam64id in the bug report (https://steamid.io/)
