Some contracts are completed just fine. Others like those listed above, just don't advance nor complete at all. Like I was on last night and picked up the "Kill 20 enemies with fire", used dragon breath rounds on the ground to create a wall of flame, no kills were recorded towards it.
Same with the Capture 3 raptors in traps or recover a black box. I've done those multiple times and they've never completed either.
